Buffalo Chapter presents grant to Feeding in the Midst

The Buffalo Chapter of Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle, a community of philanthropic women who combine their financial strength to improve the lives of women and children in Erie and Niagara counties in New York, presented a grant to Feeding in the Midst.

Feeding In The Midst is working to alleviate hunger and promote community well-being throughout Western New York. Through partnerships with local farms, businesses, and community organizations, they aim to create a sustainable food network that addresses the root causes of hunger. In addition to food distribution, they offer flag football for girls 7-16, nutritional education and wellness programs for vulnerable populations such as children and low-income families.

The Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle is an all-volunteer community of philanthropic women who work to strengthen the community by combining their financial strength to support projects and initiatives that improve the lives of women and children. To maximize the potential of philanthropy as a vehicle for social change, the Giving Circle makes grants on a quarterly basis and donates a full 100% of member contributes to grant recipients.
