Charlotte Chapter presents grant to Shine Teens

Members of the Charlotte Chapter of Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle, a community of philanthropic women who combine their financial strength to improve the lives of women and children in the Greater Charlotte, North Carolina area, awarded a grant in the amount of $2,500 to Shine Teens.

Shine Teens equips teen girls with essential skills often missing from traditional education, including emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and purposeful goal-setting. Their mission is to empower teen girls to know their worth, map out their paths, and live lives of amazing impact.

The Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle is an all-volunteer community of philanthropic women who work to strengthen the community by combining their financial strength to support projects and initiatives that improve the lives of women and children. To maximize the potential of philanthropy as a vehicle for social change, the Giving Circle makes grants on a quarterly basis and donates a full 100% of member contributes to grant recipients.
