Charlotte Chapter presents grant to Birthright CLT

Members of the Charlotte Chapter of Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle, a community of philanthropic women who combine their financial strength to improve the lives of women and children in the Greater Charlotte, North Carolina area, awarded a grant in the amount of $2,600 to Birthright of Charlotte.

Birthright of Charlotte is a chapter of Birthright International and offers free and confidential services to anyone facing an unplanned or problem pregnancy. They provide assistance such as free and confidential pregnancy tests, maternity and baby clothes, and information and referrals for medical, financial, education, and housing needs. All are available to anyone regardless of age, race, creed, or marital status.

The Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle is an all-volunteer community of philanthropic women who work to strengthen the community by combining their financial strength to support projects and initiatives that improve the lives of women and children. To maximize the potential of philanthropy as a vehicle for social change, the Giving Circle makes grants on a quarterly basis and donates a full 100% of member contributes to grant recipients.
